This oven operates at 3,000 BTU and is capable of temperatures up to 400 degrees F.
Hooking up a small portable propane bottle is a breeze, it has a matchless ignition system, and a temperature gauge to help you keep an eye on how your food is cooking.

Granted you are not going to cook a family size pizza in this oven, but that is not what it is intended for. It is designed to be portable, and is quite roomy for a portable unit.
